Currently scaling an A.I. startup that provides customer support augmentation to enterprise partners. Helped grow end user software interactions from <5k a month to 5+ million. Regular contributions include; Providing architectural reviews, mentorship, and documentation. Cross team and organization coordination for optimal user/development experiences, accessibility, and scale. Increasing teammate motivation and learning through Q&A sessions, talks, and team events. Implementing, measuring, and improving instrumentation for growing the organization, product, and peace of mind.

Senior Front End Developer — DWNLD Inc.

Grew a platform for automating conversion of websites to native iOS and Android apps. Managed full stack development for the company's consumer facing web products. Built a ground-up CMS that gives users control over the content and interfaces of native iOS & Android applications from the Web. Features included content publishing, advertising and analytical insights, payments, push notifications, user management, and integrations with a variety of third-party services. Also developed a living pattern library, code styleguides, and maintained marketing material with CRM integrations.

Senior Engineer — HowAboutWe

Guided a company helping people find and build a relationship with their partner. Led the development teams in creating modern, scalable, and maintainable front end code for HowAboutWe Dating and HowAboutWe for Couples. Drove the implementation of a major brand redesign while creating coding standards for all front end development. Bridged communication between the design and development teams. Provided support and user experience direction to the design team for our web and native apps. Ensured design specifications were met and implemented properly across native iOS, Android, and web apps while also providing optimized and responsive assets to all platforms.
